Shipping policy
Updated October 9, 2026. This policy applies to orders from MKONOMACRAME, operated by NARGILE (ABERDEEN) LIMITED.
Destinations and shipping cost
We currently ship only to U.S. addresses accepted at checkout. Standard shipping is free with no minimum order value. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping origin
All U.S. orders are dispatched from China. Our UK registered office and business/customer-contact office are company contact addresses, not dispatch warehouses. If an order is sent in separate parcels, there is no additional standard shipping charge.
Processing and delivery estimates
- Processing: 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Transit after dispatch: approximately 6–15 business days.
- Total estimated delivery: approximately 7–19 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates; customs checks, weather, and carrier disruptions can affect timing. Custom orders require confirmation of production and delivery timing before purchase.
Import duties and sales tax
U.S. orders use duty-paid delivery (DDP). We pay applicable import duties; you are not responsible for additional import-duty payments when your order is delivered. Any applicable U.S. sales tax charged on your order is shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking
We send tracking information after dispatch. International tracking can take 1–7 business days to display its first update. A local carrier reference may become available after the parcel reaches the United States. Separate parcels may arrive on different dates.
Delivery issues
Provide an accurate delivery address and contact details at checkout. If an order is overdue, tracking has stopped updating, or a delivery scan does not match what happened, email qh123sky@gmail.com or use our contact form with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. A carrier-confirmed lost package is eligible for a replacement or refund.
Read our return policy before sending any item back.
