After dispatch, your shipping confirmation contains the carrier information and tracking link. Your original order confirmation also provides access to your Shopify order-status page.
Waiting for the first scan?
For international shipments, tracking may take 1–7 business days to display its first update. A local carrier reference may appear after the parcel reaches its destination country. Separate parcels from one order can arrive on different dates.
Check the delivery estimate
Processing usually takes 1–4 business days; transit usually takes another 6–15 business days. Total estimated delivery is 7–19 business days. Weekends, holidays, customs checks, weather, and carrier interruptions can affect timing.
Need help with a shipment?
If the estimate has passed, tracking has stopped updating, or a delivery scan does not match what happened, contact us with your order number and checkout email. We will investigate with the carrier. A carrier-confirmed lost package is eligible for a replacement or refund.
