Two-year limited warranty

MKONOMACRAME, operated by NARGILE (ABERDEEN) LIMITED, provides a limited warranty for eligible product defects arising under normal use for two years from delivery. Depending on the issue and availability, an approved claim may receive troubleshooting, repair assistance, replacement parts, or a replacement product. Covered parts and approved warranty shipping are provided without charge. If a return is required, we arrange an authorized prepaid return solution.

Exclusions

Coverage excludes improper installation or maintenance, misuse, ignored instructions, unauthorized repairs or changes, accidents, cosmetic damage, normal wear, incorrect voltage or connections, and external electrical, plumbing, water-pressure, or environmental conditions. Customer or third-party damage is excluded. Installation, removal, reinstallation, inspection, and labor charges are not covered unless agreed in writing.

Email qh123sky@gmail.com or use our contact form with your order number, a description, and clear photographs or video where available. An initial review normally takes two business days. We will explain the applicable resolution and any paid options for excluded issues. Wait for the authorized U.S. return address and instructions before sending an item back.

Replacement parts or products do not restart the limited warranty; the original remaining period applies. This limited warranty does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
